It was 2016 when Raju Pruthi, an experienced hair care professional with years of practical experience, found himself in a crossroad a lot of people in the industry just turn a blind eye to. He observed that people are facing issues such as dry and frizzy hair, terrible hair breakage, split ends, dull, lifeless strands of hair, scalp problems that none of the products appeared to help permanently.
Kerafine was established in 2016 by founder Raju Pruthi to make safe, effective, clinically tested, and affordable hair care products. With deep understanding of common challenges, such as dryness, frizz, breakage, split ends, and scalp, the brand provides keratin-based products and professional-level solutions that provide tangible outcomes.
The hair care products scattered in the market promises a lot on their packaging – but actually delivered very little to no result. Even worse, most of the so-called professional hair treatment products contained harsh sulfates, untested chemicals, and substances that only got worse as time goes by. Inexpensive alternatives were not good. There was a lack of transparency in quality options. And truly safe, clinically tested products? They were almost impossible to obtain at a price, which could be afforded by ordinary individuals or salon experts.
With a strong professional background, a passion to pursue integrity of ingredients, and a vision of what Kerafine professional hair care could become, they embarked on creating something the Indian hair care market had never really encountered before: a brand that was truly novel, clinically tested, entirely safe, and priced in such a way that it would be affordable to the average person, and at that, results would not be compromised.
